You’ve come to a good place! God called my wife and me to this church 31 years ago and we found a loving home. True gospel-centered community can be hard to find and we invite you to check us out. At Centerpoint, the friendships we develop help us to grow in our relationship to God and to one another. Small enough to be intimate, but large enough to have growth groups, quality worship services, and wonderful children’s programs. And we love Simi Valley! Ministry vision & purpose: to be a gathering of God’s family around the proclamation of His Word. For the building up of the church and the evangelization of the lost. To submit to Jesus as Lord and find our greatest joy in following Him. 

Marriage, Marriage and Family have marked the best season of my life so far. The summer my wife Mikayla and I got married is the same summer I took over as the Youth Pastor. Our life together has only known love and ministry. It has been aimed at serving eachother, the youth of Simi Valley, and our church family.
We now have 3 wonderful boys, and they are the key to our ministry philosphy. I desire to surround myself with Godly Men our boys can look up to, and to train up young men who will disciple our boys. While Mikayla comes along side the young women to help walk out their identity in Christ. Youth Ministry is our calling, Simi Valley is our mission field, and Centerpoint is our family.

Musical worship should have a right understanding of WHO God is, WHAT He has done, and who He says we are to Him. It’s the goal of this ministry to teach these truths, putting them into our minds via corporate musical praise. Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭says, “Let the word of Christ dwell richly among you, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” This is our aim! Join us!
